Very professional insurance agency, competent staff and have been a pillar in the downtown community over 15 years.
Very professional insurance agency, competent staff and have been a pillar in the downtown community over 15 years.
HORRIBLE agency, HORRIBLE company. I've been passed around, told to go online, or call the 1800 number, and NO ONE will give me a solution. Not sure what I'm paying for, but this is by far THE WORST insurance experience I've ever had. The manager has the same attitude as the company as a whole, "It's your problem, not mine. It's just the way it is."
