Customer service is beyond terrible . Esther is unresponsive , I often have to call her 5 or 6 times to get any info I need when I need it. The information is inaccurate most of the time and even there Corporate claims people have been terrible lately . I had a claim denied on my roof two years ago when we had a hail storm and one of my neighbors notified me and so I called a contractor who inspected it and confirmed that I had hail damaged so I summited a claim and after the adjuster came out it was denied because my roof w... read more
