Very often it appears to be very positive. I have visited a couple other agencies but I do prefer Eslick the most.
This review is for a first phone conversation. I talked to shante/chante (spelling might be wrong) today and had five star customer service. Could not have asked for better experience. She took time to explain everything in detail without being condescending or rude. Even though some of my questions might have been too basic. I will update this review based on future experiences..
