Response to Eric Thompsons reply below (gone after I edited this) - I have reached out twice to the email you listed and heard NOTHING back so what good is your advice below? Does not disclose or explain policy endorsements. Does not respond when you reach out with a problem but he sure doesn't hesitate to send you marketing emails. I suggest looking elsewhere for an agent that actually assists you rather than just collect commission checks from your account
terrible experience. homeowners policy was cancelled without notification. Multiple attempts to have agent resolve the issue resulted in no response whatsoever

Eric is not the most congenial person however, his female assistant is kind and efficient. I've asked numerous times to be removed from my suicide husbands emails, but yet, 3 years later they keep coming with the triggers.
