If you hire a lawyer that is very expensive. If you dispute the charge yourself that is fine as well but that takes time to research the legal terminology. I recommend to avoid all state altogether.
The ladies in the office were too polite and nice behaved. They knew what they were doing and maintaining a good rapport with the customer as well. All in all I was very satisfied.
