Quick to take your money when you sign up but terrible when you need them. I called a week ago and left a message to only be ignored. Allstate is a joke. High premium with low class service
The only good part of this experience was Luna Gladis, the woman who answered the phone. She was friendly and professional. I submitted a request for a quote on the 8th of May and to this day, still no response. Based on the other most recent review, it seems like this is a common issue with this office.
