I have requested that Mr. Pickette return my call on 4 occasions. I even stopped into the office on 1-6-23-he was in the back room but was unavailable!! I have been insured since 2005 (plus). i received a call from an associate after my 1-6-23 visit stating that Mr. Pickette would call my on Monday-1-9-23. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL TO DATE(1-13-23). This is a Hurricane Ian issue and there is absolutely no help or regard in this agency!!!!
