At first I loved this agency, however over the years I have grown to dislike them. I will be switching insurance company since they increased my amount twice within 6 months and no noticed was given. When I email I get a “this and that” but again no noticed. If I could give 0 stars I would

They are NEVER open...was calling from 3:15pm Monday til alleged closing at 5;30pm and have been calling this morning since 8:30am and its 10:45am and still no answer...must be nice job, for them, not customers, PLUS a 60yo driver with clean record, full coverage is $1700/yr WITH a $2000 deductible...
