Doug Conn up and left without any notice to his customers. He wrote our policy and left an insurance gap that we now owe money for. Steer clear of this agency!!!!!
Excellent service for a decade! Doug, Robin, Cindy and team have helped me greatly with platinum protection and homeowners insurance. Claims have always been handled swiftly and with compassion and I wouldn't recommend any other Allstate or insurance agency in Ohio! This is the agent you want! They are family oriented and very clear with policies and I've always been taken care of by Doug! Thank you again for excellence!
Every time I've needed them they have been there. Their response is quick and I love that you can contact them through email. If you call they get back to you right away. What I am not happy with is the fact if you make a claim on your house they don't come out to inspect the damage they go by what the satellite shows from million miles away.
Doug and the office staff are always friendly and helpful with all my insurance needs.
