Team member Katie Jeffreys is absolutely incredible! She is the easiest and most helpful person to talk to about insurance coverage and has come through for us several times when changes needed to be made to our policies. I have had other insurance companies in the past, but Katie is truly well worth being with Allstate long-term simply to have her kind assistance and thorough explanations.
