So many options of insurance available, so much information provided me by Meaghan, so easy to make decisions and changes after data, definitions, and details are explained in such a thorough, meaningful, and understandable time saving telephone call. She is good.......really good. That is the truth, and a thankful one for me and surely for Allstate. i have been an Allstate customer for over 10 years with flood homeowners and auto and until now have been satisfied. apparently a $124 mistake on their part has resulted in me looking for a different agent because $124 is more important to them then the $6000 i pay them yearly, hope it was worth it. This office has always been professional, are very helpful and knowledgeable and they rrmained professional as we tried to resolve the conflict.
