I was with Allstate for over 30 years. My husband and I received a letter saying that we had earned tenure with Allstate and could never be cancelled, but later we get another letter saying that our insurance is being cancelled. Needless to say we are very dissapointed at the way we were treated.

Kiit is absolutely wonderful to work with. She knows everything there is to know about insurance. She was able to set me up with an excellent home insurance policy for less than half of this year's increased price from foremost insurance. On top of that, she beat GEICO on motorcycle insurance pricing, and matched GEICO on car insurance pricing.

I have nothing to say about the office, I don't even know it now, the insurance is the worst insurance that exists if you want to live a true nightmare, as a contract with them they have the worst customer service, no one knows what they are doing with the policies. They change the contracts at will, they tell you a price, you end up paying a lot more, I started paying 200 dollars for two cars and ended up with a policy of 495 for a single car, crazy stuff and none of the many agents I spoke to know how to give me an explana... read more

I like Allstate Insurance. I feel secure with them and they have always proven this. They will help you find the coverage you need and the premium that you can afford. 27 yrs!
