Horrifying. 22yr policy, multiple letters stating my safe driving earned me $0 deductible. Someone else hits my car, on video, in 2 spots. Allstate refuses to look at police report or video, won't repair 1/2 the damage claiming its not possible. Then insult to injury won't honor my $0 deductible for safe driving as despite multiple letters from them, the have "no clue about it". 22yrs, 1 claim in 14. All to be told at every corner I'm lieing.
USE ANYBODY ELSE BESIDES THESE GUYS!! Terrible customer service. Never return phone calls. And worst of all, they simply refused to pay my claim. At first they agreed the damage to my vehicle was the result of the accident, until they learned it was going to cost $6,000 to fix. Then all of a sudden, that damage was "unrelated" and they refused to pay to fix it. So now I'm out $6,000 and my vehicle is so unsafe to drive that I won't take my daughter in my car anymore. Really disappointed with these idiots.
