Terrible communication and customer service. They do not care about the people they serve. Matthew Wech doesn’t return phone calls even if you leave a message. Rita tried to assist then failed me with the lack of communication. I’ve been with them for ONLY one month!! I will be switching soon!! Oh and let me add very unprofessional!! Rita or whoever’s behind those cell phone numbers will text your phone about a google review but won’t text or call to resolve an issue! Uncalled for behavior.

I feel like my agent really cares about me, my needs, and my security. I believe that he is aware of my needs at this time and is also looking out for my future needs. He is up to date on policies that are changing and what I need to have in that respect. He is quick in his responses and is so understanding and extremely patient when I ask too many questions or am indecisive in my selections. That is what I am looking for in an agent.
