I experienced a flood at my condo over 4 months ago. Much of the delays to getting the repairs completed was due to Allstate denying the claims. The quote back from the contractors was over $20,000 to get my condo back to prior condition and Allstate only approved $6700. I was very disappointed in how Allstate managed the process that took over 4 months to get my condo back in order.
Thru the app I get that I have "good trips", yet my rates go up instead of down.🤷♀️
Several missed calls from a random number that doesn't leave voicemails. Call back twice only to find out it's insurance salesman soliciting me. Somehow they got their hands on my phone number. "You're part of our family" That's rich, what a crock.
My agent doesn't get back to me when I send her a message. Price is to high for someone who has a driving record
