Another reminder to never to business with these guys - I'm getting calls from collections for a mistake made by Mr. Wilson and the Dick Hannah Insurance team. They want $500+ for a mistake THEY made, that they refuse to step up and help with. They are not YOUR agents, they are aligned with the company and will pretend they can't help if it reduces their revenue. Zero integrity.
NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO INTEGRITY. They make frequent mistakes and don't take responsibility. If you have multiple policies, often travel overseas, are on active duty, are divorced they will mess up your coverage and will pretend like they can't help you fix overcharges. Their online portal and app are not accessible overseas so you cannot manage your policies, and their agents have no ability to provide the customer service necessary to earn and retain your business. Spoke to a very nice gentleman named Scott today and made a payment arrangement for our past due insurance policies for both the home and the car. I'll State very graciously offered a payment plan to help us keep our coverage and get caught up in our payments after the government shutdown made it very difficult for us to pay. Scott deserves a large raise. They should probably make him the head of the department. This is a great company and a great person. Thank you so much for your help
I experienced a flood at my condo over 4 months ago. Much of the delays to getting the repairs completed was due to Allstate denying the claims. The quote back from the contractors was over $20,000 to get my condo back to prior condition and Allstate only approved $6700. I was very disappointed in how Allstate managed the process that took over 4 months to get my condo back in order.
Thru the app I get that I have "good trips", yet my rates go up instead of down.🤷♀️
