We had a very bad experience with another Allstate agent in Cordova, very poor communication and we could never be allowed to speak with our agent, just his help. We mentioned our frustration with our agent to family members and they suggested to move our policy to Mrs. Cox. After speaking with her, Allstate said they would change our agent to Mrs. Cox's agency, but the old agent would still get the commission. This angered us.
