From day one of me switching my insurance from out of state through Allstate to Diane with Allsate, I have had nothing but problems. For the last 2 years Ive had issues getting ahold of her. When I was closing on my house, multiple calls and emails were sent to her, From myself, my mortgage broker and even my realtor. Sometimes back to back with no answer. This almost prevented me from closing. 0/10 do NOT recommend.
Do yourself a favor, and do NOT work with this woman. She will not answer the phone, her voicemail is always full, and she never gets back to you. Switched back to my previous company because her customer service has been such a headache and nightmare
