You guys are great you always keep me informed on what is what with my policy and always work hard to get me the lowest rate. I would not change my insurance company for the world. If ever I need something done you are always right on top of it. Thank you Allstate your hard work is apprecuated.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! I canceled my policy and am still waiting for my reimbursement check more then 3 months later. I cancelled 2 wks before the automatic payment was to be taken out of my account and they said it wouldn't get taken out and it still did. I've called and emailed them many times and they are always so rude and tell me they have to wait to hear back from billing and will email me and never do.
