Worst insurance agent I ever had. We have rental properties, personal properties and multiple vehicle on our policy. We had hail damage on our roof. Denny was difficult to get a hold of (almost NEVER answers the phone). He was extremely rude to me over the phone. When I called for help navigating getting roofing, he would tell me to call Allstate, instead of helping us. I needed Insurance with good rates and I work nights so I needed to get it done quick. I'm illiterate when it comes to this insurance stuff. I called this office by chance and spoke with Rachel. She was very efficient and personable. She got me great coverage and a super cheap rate! This office sets the tone for "are you in good hands". I highly recommend talking to Rachel when calling she is a peach!
This office seems to be on point! I received quick responses from the office manager Rachel. She proved to be very knowledgeable and willing to put extra time into getting me the best rates available. Insurance is a head ache to begin with but with the Davis Agency I felt well taken care of and I know I AM in good hands!
