On the rare occasion we need assistance with our insurance account Dennis Knox has always been there to help.
Unfortunately, I had to go with my girlfriend to Mr Knox here in Hope Mills, NC, because her father passed away. My girlfriend and her family havebeen loyal customers with Allstate for over 10yrs. I was shocked at the way Mr Knox slung the documents at her when she wanted to see premiums her family has been paying. He tossed them at her instead of handing them to her and said whatever while walking away. Completely unprofessional and not the way you treat a loyal customer whose father passed!
