Been with allstate for 6 years. And I missed one payment in the month of Janurary. They called me to remedy it. Which I gave them my new card info over the phone. To pay for the overdue fee. A couple weeks later I go to pay the current month fee and it looks like they never posted my overdue fee. When I called asking about this, I got a lot of "we dont know what happened, but we cant help you anymore" after explaining how I Can't pay the whole chunk but only 1/2 at a time.
