They refuse to help on the phone saying they'll call you back and then they ignore emails from their customers. You literally cannot get help from them.
Mr. Campos doesn't keep you aware of your policies. He let my car insurance policy get cancelled when all it took was 1 email, phone call or text to make me aware of the oversight. They know if a policy is about to be shut, yet did nothing to makee aware of this. Even after a phone call where I was promised that this wouldn't happen again without some sort of communication. Very disappointed with this broker.. I had him for over a decade on and off.
