If I could give them a zero I would. They don't deserve a single star. This agency is dishonest. They insured an address that didn't exist. Not only did they not do their due diligence to make sure they had the right address, they claimed I had 40% of my floors hardwood (I had none). They put in the policy I have gas heat, but I have electric. they even had the year my house was built incorrect. Shelby is amazing!!!!! She has literally been with me, through a divorce, through days of tears, car wrecks and new cars. She is always available to help me. I normally have a ton of questions. She never gets irritated with me and is always able to answer my questions. Her personality is stunning! She is so personable and answers my emails very quickly. And trust me, I am not always easy to deal with. If you are looking for a family oriented, friendly Insurance agent; I would 100% recommend calling Shelby!
