After much thought about a very unpleasant experience exchange with an employee at this office who was rude and unprofessional, it was important to give a fair review on this agency. After years of positive experiences, we received something far less. We have had Allstate Insurance with Dee Dee Lore for over 20 years. I was recently in a car accident with the other driver being totally at fault. Trying to work with her State Farm insurance was a nightmare! Couldn't even get a rental car they said for a week! I contacted Dee Dee Lore and everything was taken care of! They got me a rental car immediately and dealt with the other insurance for me!
