Allstate is terrible. Had to file a home owners claim due to my roof getting damaged. These guys sent me the estimate to repair a literal 5' x 5' gaping hole in my roof and related water intrusion damage, and the estimate only included $480 for roof repairs. $480 total for parts and labor. I got quotes to repair the damage from 3 separate roofing companies and the lowest quote I got was $1900. You'd be better off just not having home owners insurance. Allstate uses telemarketers to generate leads. They associate with quote wizzard. If your tired of unwanted spam calls definitely don't support them with your money.
Allstate is trash
Everyone in the office is warm and friendly. I have easy access to everything I need with the Allstate app. I am totally satisfied with my insurance agency.
