What a DISAPPOINTMENT this agency is!! I called and spoke to Debbie directly about a cancellation. She assured me she would look into it. After three days I never heard back from her. She left me cancelled with no insurance. I called three more times and still never heard back. All she was interested in was a good review. Just the opposite. Absolutely NO service and NO follow up. She could care less that I was driving around in an uninsured vehicle. I got this straightened out myself by calling Allstate directly.
Debbie Piescik and her staff are the BEST! The service, information and savings they provide allows Allstate to remain the GOLD STANDARD for all insurance needs! Solicitations from Geico, Progressive, State Farm, etc all go in the trash as I am confident I'm in good hands with the Debbie Piescik Allstate Agency! All are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
