Customer service is magnificent
Great customer service always extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Takes care of any issues quickly and correctly. Definitely would recommend!
Outragously high insurance premiums and not the best customer service. I had called to cancel my policies before the weekend. Was told the policy would be canceled. 2 business days into the next week and my policies were still active. Had to call the main Allstate line and got my policy canceled for the correct date within minutes.
Very disappointed first strike had someone hit my car they didn't want to help us very nasty and told us to contact the other person's insurance second strike during the recent rain storm water traveled into the electric box frying it called the claim number for Allstate the lady was very helpful she told me to contact my local agent for a list of contractors and any further assistance we would need when we contacted Debra Colucci's office they were not helpful and didn't want anything to do with us Allstate the company is g... read more
