I made several attempts to contact someone to review my renewal policy and why it went up over $300.00 from last year, but no one returned my call and the person on the general phone line was not able to answer some questions that I have, unfortunately I let the time go by and ended up renewing without satisfaction, but I have put in on my calendar to start looking ahead of time to change companies in the future as I should not have to get the run around after being a loyal customer for over 25 years. Not enough phone communications… I have called and no return calls
Insurance is too much and i don't drive that much. I pay $99.90 each month and their Drivewise program is a rip off, wish for cheaper insurance. I basically pay what the young people pay my insurance is roughly $1,200 a year. My age is 68 and I'm on a fixed income 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
