They do a very good job and meet my needs always answer the phone no waiting on hold and I appreciate that very nice people..
As a long time client, -2 cars and a renter's policy, I was very disappointed when I had an accident that totaled my car. I thought that using a local person was to my benefit as they would help me, their client. Basically, I was told to "use the website" for filing my claim. Why pay an agent's commission if you can't depend on them in your time of distress? Figuring out a website after the trauma of a totaled car has motivated me to look to AMAC for a new policy!
