One of the worst insurance experiences I have ever went through. My 27 year old daughter was envolved in a minor accident. It was not her fault. The agent and staff were absolutely no help. They told my daughter to contact and go after the other insurance company. Weeks gave passed with no resolution. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay away from this agent and his office. They take your premiums and provide no service when you need. Go elsewhere for your insurance needs.
I used to be happy with them but I have not been able to reach them via phone or email for two weeks. All their calls go to corporate cust service. Finally today customer service calls the office for me and I am transferred. The woman who answers can't understand my English, puts me on a five minute hold, which ends with someone's voicemail. I should not have to reach out 7 times over a two week period to beg for their help, nor should they be refusing calls and getting rid of customers who do get through. Will be changing a... read more
