I switched to Tomlin's Allstate from USAA, which tells you something about how good their rates are! They have always been Johnny-on-the-Spot with responses whenever I've needed them, and Dave must have the patience of a saint, because between my wife and I, we've pushed Allstate's window glass coverage to the limit. (25 years of driving, never a single broken windshield; somehow in the last 3 years, we've had 4. And I say "somehow" because I haven't been able to figure out what cracked them, except for one.)
