Maybe it’s just me, but I had horrible service from this Agency. I emailed and called them trying to get a quote for a homeowner’s policy on a new house that I was in contract to buy. They never responded. After I found another insurance company who actually responded to my emails and calls, I called the Schuman office to cancel my existing policies with Allstate. They couldn’t have cared less. Allstate is a world class insurance company, but if you want to use Allstate, I recommend that you use a different agency.
This Allstate has quality service, knowledgeable staff, and has a welcoming environment.
Robert Stockwell is the most knowledgeable, honest and transparent insurance person I have worked with over the past 40 plus years. He made the process painless for both a cookie cutter and insurance requirements that were outside the standard needs. Thank you Robert!!
