I called to cancel a policy with the customer on the line. During the cancellation process Cindy was so unprofessional. Customer expressed trouble with understanding how to open the cancellation email and began asking questions and Cindy had a irritated demeanor and eventually hung up on us both. Even if your rates are to high for this customer and they are choosing to switch they still deserve respect whether or not they are staying or leaving your office. They increased my homeowner premium by $1100 in 2024. I don’t recommend Allstate.
