Was referred by a neighbor to David and spoke to David in February about finding new insurance as my policy was cancelled. He recommended we reengage in late April / Early May since my current policy did not end until mid June. I reached out twice via email and have not received any kind of response.

I had the opportunity to work with David on a mutual customers Allstate claim. The insured spoke highly of David's customer service, professionalism and personal touch. Agents like this are hard to find.

They all look nice until you have an accident, then suddenly they do not care. I had a car accident and Allstate should be taking care of it, their auto shop did bad estimating and horrible job fixing the car too. And after taking the car a few times for check-up because it was leaking water inside after getting the car in a car wash. They refused to fix it, and Allstate did not bother to inspect, instead they agreed blindly to the shop recommendation. Do not let them lie to you, you are NOT “in good hands”
