Terrible Auto Insurer here in Georgia. Home coverage is good. ded to punish me. Allstate (my Auto Insurer) and I am assuming the insurers that are in GA have some type of data base. Allstate has put a file into the system with my profile. The reference claims that I caused an accident and damaged property. My lawyer and I went on the GA Dept. of transportation website and there is nothing there on my record. Can Insurance companies just make up something to Jack up your rates and deductible?
