My roof leaked on New Years Eve and I had so much trouble getting ahold of someone from Allstate. Even after the holiday weekend I didn’t hear from agent, or even someone in the office, once! Three months later I finally got reimbursed for only 1/2 of my roof and damages done inside my home. I still have yet to hear from my agent… All emails and letters that I get are addressed to my ex even though I am the policy holder. Dave and his team always do a great job at Allstate. We have worked with them for both home and car insurance for several years now. When we moved, he was quick to assist us with new coverage. The process was painless and fast. Dave and his team are always available for questions and assistance with changes in coverage. Definitely recommend!
