After being a loyal customer for approx 17 years, paying my fees in full up front, this office has done NOTHING for 3 mo ths after my snowmobile & custom truck were destroyed by another driver. David is a spineless man who has left me without a vehicle & ZERO compensation when I had FULL COVERAGE.
With no other way to get Dave's attention than to leave a public review. I have not had the best experience with Dave. He refuses to respond to my emails and calls. After incorrectly reporting my tax information to the state and refusing to correct my w2 I have been hit with penalties I have been paying now for a LONG time and he could easily fix this with an amended tax return and letter.
