Dave and his team have always been a delight to work with. Lowry insurance was able to get me better auto insurance prices than my two previous insurance agencies, even when opening a policy. This has been probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You incorrectly listed the same lender for all three of my properties from the start, which led to payment delays, which led to one escrow increasing by over $500 a month, our primary home policy getting terminated, Allstates replacement policy put in place at a premium increase of $1,628, and David's agency acknowledged that these issues were caused by them, but Allstate refuses to reinstate my initial policy.
