Nataly Was Exceptional This Morning Explaining Every Question I Had To Where I As A Client Can Understand and Was Even Able To Help Me With A Situation I Had Called Times Before With Other Representatives and They Would Give Me Base Line Answers Whereas Nataly Went Beyond To Help Me Not Only Afford My Insurance But Feel Comfortable With It As Well I Really Appreciate Her Time and Patience and Many Blessings To Her

They're great as long as you don't need to speak with them! They'll raise your rates and tell you nothing can be done unless you threaten to leave. Even then, this is if they get back to you at all. I spent the better part of 2 weeks trying to talk to someone about my 2 policies I had with them. I called, left messages, emailed and emailed again. Should I have tried carrier pigeon?
