Terrible customer service and is clueless what’s going on with claims and insurance rates. You’re better off with another insurance company then Allstate. nothing new and still terrible customer service.
Mr Kelley is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Was a great help in changing all my insurance from Idaho to Texas.
