We have been with this agency for about 38 years. We are very pleased with their Services and that's why we have remained with them.
I have had damages to my condo on two occasions. The manager David Haines is very supportive and responds promptly. The adjusters are also very supportive. My current adjuster Crandall is understanding and is willing to go the extra mile to deal with my claim. He also responds promptly to calls or emails. I have dealt with agents Betty and Maria and they are pleasant and follow through with answers to any concern regarding my bundled policies. I am very satisfied with Allstate.
