I just wanted to leave a good word for the O'Neil Insurance Agency and Sherri Banks, the Customer Service Specialist. I moved to another state and had to drop my insurance. Mr. O'Neil had always serviced me well but dropping a company is often times more difficult that buying into their services. Ms. Banks was wonderful! She understood completely and gave me all the information I needed to investigate another insurance policy. She was pleasant throughout. Great work. Great attitudes.

Ive had to call multiple times and send multiple emails over the last two days to get my insurance certificate updated for my apartment complex requirements. Not sure why it takes this long and this many emails and phone calls. Still haven’t received a copy. Kevin seems to always be gone so lets see how much longer this is going to take before I reach to the corporate office. All anyone does in service anymore is act like someone is being a Karen because she can’t get a simple task done so they resort to the corporate office... read more
