Downey Agency was quick to respond to my initial inquiry about home and auto insurance . They provided all coverage at a fair cost . Daniel , the agent I worked with , was top notch on working with me to get the policies negotiated and into effect !! Great experience after 6 months with the Downey Agency !
David took the time to listen to my situation and offered a recommendation that actually made sense for me. He ended up finding me more coverage at a lower price than what I had before, but what stood out most was how easy the whole process was. There was no sales pressure at all, just a straightforward conversation. I waited until my policy was about to expire to get a quote, which turned out to be a mistake. Over priced and when you explain to them what they are quoting is wrong its a guilt trip and other issues. Odds are you are paying for coverage thet will not meet and dont need. Im starting to shop around.
