Have had our insurance with the Downey agency for years. The staff members are very personable and great to deal with . I feel our insurance costs are reasonable and we have never had a reason to change agencies. Would recommend. .
Our car was badly sprayed with yellow line paint. David helped with the claim process as my husband was hospitalized and I was preoccupied. The process was seamless snd the results from Major’s Select body shop was excellent. Great experience at a very stressful time.
