I was mailed a quote. I called and asked, several times, if this quote was the least bit accurate, or bait. The agent skated the question, repeatedly, and when he finally answered, the coverage was a fraction, and the rate was 150%. Thanks for wasting my time.
Customer service has gone downhill!!!! I have emailed and called for days!!!
Very friendly people who will do nothing when you really need them. The problem is really corporate Allstate. I could write for hours about this but it is not good for my injuries and blood pressure.
Your review: We have met with the agent last year and he could not find ways to lower our premiums. We had a claim for our roof and got no help from the agency and the process was long and unsuccessful although all our neighbors received new roofs. We only received a small claim amount that equaled our low deductible. Feel that we were not represented properly for the amount we pay in premium with no claims. The renewed premiums are extremely high and will look at other insurance carriers.
