I was insured with Blumenstock Allstate insurance for more than 15 years. The entire time I jumped through all the Allstate hoops of pay in full discounts, no paper statements for discounts, no claims made for discounts, take safe driving programs for our teenage kids for discounts, etc... I paid my premium in full two days before it was due. David Blumenstock, for whatever reason, did not receive my payment and said if I did not make another payment, they would cancel my policy. So I made an additional payment. They finally found my initial payment 15 days later. Now they are refusing to refund my extra payment in full because they didn't find my payment until after the due date. They are removing the full pay discount. Such poor service. I will not be renewing.

For no reason my insurance has gone up $500. We pay on line for the whole year to get a discount and still the price is outrageous. We jump through all your hoops yet we can’t seem to get a good price for home insurance. We are leaving your Agency.

I was mailed a quote. I called and asked, several times, if this quote was the least bit accurate, or bait. The agent skated the question, repeatedly, and when he finally answered, the coverage was a fraction, and the rate was 150%. Thanks for wasting my time.
