If I could give them a 0*, I would. I was told that in order to get an Umbrella policy thru them I had to switch both my auto and homeowners policy. With their auto being so much cheaper, I decided to make the switch. A couple months later, come to find out that the agent messed up and due to that error the new homeowners policy was cancelled.
