They are amazing and the customer service is top notch. So glad we switched to to Allstate and chose this agency.. Tracy Wright and her employee's have been very helpful and always take the time to explain the policies without trying to sell you on something you don't need, definitely recommend after dealing with the State Farm's Sabrina Pritchett-Evans office which Still keeps trying to bill me for policies they no longer have.. Kept upping my insurance been with them for over 10 years and it just got worse and worse. I asked them why my insurance went up they said inflation made it go up. I have a perfect driving record and they raised it so much I called another place and saved almost 250 dollars a month on insurance.
Worst place ever! Go somewhere else for insurance.
