Mr. Spicer is a wonderful agent. He is very responsive. If I call, email, or stop by the office and he wasn't there, he always got back with me as soon as he could. He is very professional and explains my police in depth. If I don't understand something on my police he would explains it until I did understand. He is very patient. My policy with Allstate, covers more than the last insurance Company that I had and it is over $200.00 cheaper.
