I really should have done a 10. Jenean Kim has always been an amazing help to me with Allstate Insurance. She is always professional and comes through for the customer.
Answer phone, only when you hit “new customer” secondly unwilling to explain why prices change every month just like the weather. Ridiculous and a shame.
I have been with Allstate for a while and definitely prefer them cost wise, customer care and the service they provide are just the best.
