Absolutely horrid service after 1/2 my friends house, covered by this office, burned down yesterday evening. It's 2 pm the next day and the first service person only just arrived after the owner had called them themselves.😡 We've been retrieving items to prevent further water damage all day with very poor response from Allstate. I'm glad I'm insured through a competing corporation.

Allstate was there for me when I hit a deer and totaled my car. They were fast, fair , and efficient.
