Daniela Ybarra personally helped my mom recover her car insurance 3 yrs ago when another local agent had closed his office with no notice. Since that time, my mom has moved to be near me, but we keep her policies with Daniela Ybarra’s office because of their personal and professional service. I called to cancel my policy, but they refused to do so while I was on the phone with them. As per their request, I sent a text message, but they still didn’t cancel my policy until days later.They billed me for days when my policy should of been canceled, I told her so and requested an itemized bill, I never got one. They also refused to assist me in correcting my billing and asked me to call Allstate myself.

I remember two years ago I went with an online (lemonade I believe) home insurance and they dropped me months later, like they usually do as per reviews. I should have looked them up prior to closing on the home but like we all know, you’re a lot more focused on all other aspects of home buying that insurance gets overlooked. Any way! Plenty of notice for renewals and a chance to check against other companies. Alstate was still best.
