Dan is a good man, and a great insurance agent. I would give him a 5/5, but his worker, Luigi, is a horrible customer service agent. He was very aggressive and gave me an attitude. I had a few questions about milewise, and he barked at me. I told him the policy is under my mother's name and she doesn't speak English. Luigi then said we have Korean translators, and assume I was Korean. I am Chinese, and am quite offended.
